Rajina and Dinesh (from the store at Tottenham Court Road) were both very knowledgeable about the products available and did a great job recommending suitable mattresses to me. They were also very patient and allowed me to take my time to try out all the mattress that is available. I will definitely recommend them to my friends & family!

The sales team is very friendly and they go the extra mile for customer satisfaction (in terms of delivery flexibility, additional discounts, etc) which is not the case for other companies. I was between two beds and haven't made up my mind but dreams team won me as a customer. Good job !

Mimi gave me all the time and help in choosing a mattress. I was treated as if I were the only customer. She had an extremely personable attitude from the minute I walked into the shop, she had a smile on her face. She also took time and effort in explaining the delivery procedure. I would like to add that Danesh Mimi’s colleague was extremely pleasant and helpful. I hope that your superiors know that Mimi is an asset to Dreams - you also are my dream of the perfect Sales Assistant.

From the time we entered the store to when we left we felt the assistant, Rejina, did all she could in a professional manner, offering tea and coffee and leaving us to make up are own minds on what to purchase. After we had made our minds up on we wanted she gave us all information we requred.

I applied for the finance option and received the confirmation letter. however, I had problems ordering online and the live chat was unhelpful. I visited the Tottenham court road branch instead and resolved the matter in minutes.
