The whole process from looking to buying was very smooth and easy. Took the stress out of shopping, Mimi who took our order was very helpful and knowledgable, as well as welcoming.

The salesperson, Rajina was simply amazing. She knew about all the products and provided all the information we needed to make the best choice for us. Also she left us really comfortable to try everything before purchasing it and there was no rush. On top of that she was really kind and smily the whole time. It was a great experience to be treated that way, way beyond expectation.

I CYCLED TO THE STORE AND WAS PUFFED OUT AND HOT WHEN I ARRIVED, RAJINA, IMEDIATELY OFERED ME A GLASS OF WATER. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SMILEY. AFTER ID STOPPED PUFFING I EXPLAINED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, A STANDARD DOUBLE SIZED MATTRESS. SHE WAS REALLY HELPFUL SHOWING ME A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AVALIABLE. I DIDNT FEEL SHE WAS TRYING TO PUSH ME TO BUY A MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT WHICH MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND THAT SHE WAS BEING GENUINE. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT WHAT THE MATTRESSES WERE MADE OFF, THE ADVANTAGES OFF MATTRESS TOPPERES. THE AMOUT OF SPRINGS THEY HAD ETC ETC AND AFTER I HAD BOUGHT THE PRODUCT SHE EXPLAINED ABOUT TURNING IT OVER IN THE FIRST FEW WEEKS I HAVE IT AND FLIPPING IT OVER LONG TERM.
