Dinesh who works at the store in Warren Street was great in giving us time, while inspiring confidence on the store's products. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The store itself has a great feel, there was no competition or a kind of stressful urgency to sell from the people working there which is great when you are trying to find the perfect bed frame and mattress, i.e it takes time to do so. At the same time the workers and Dinesh in particular were practical and guided us through the process really efficiently.

As soon as I arrived in store I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance which I did . I explained what I was looking for and was given a number of options to try out . The assistant explained to me about the different mattresses and eventually I found the one I preferred. We then discussed pillows and I said I like a high pillow and was informed by the assistant that high pillows are not good for your posture in bed and therefore may be a reason for my back problems, I think she may be right , anyway I purchased two pillows , she also recommended a bed cover care which I agreed was a good idea. Also recommended was mattress protector again I agreed with , if I'm going to have a top quality mattress then it needs looking after. I took Monday delivery which is free and thankfully my old mattress will be taken away at the same time as delivery.
