I visted Tottemham court road branch, Regina was extremely helpeful and patient during my three visits. I am super satisfied with the deal i got with the bed frame, matress and the duvet. Look forward to coming back soon with my new property shopping!

Employees were very nice, not too pushy as in other stores. Knew a lot about the products and did listen to what our needs were and not trying to oversell.

There was a helpful member of staff who discussed the various options for bed frames and mattresses in a knowledgeable, patient and friendly manner. There was a price promotion, making the items better value.

I came into the shop thinking about a £500 mattress, but quickly understood that I needed to spend more to get the quality I wanted. Mimi was super helpful and provided me with some options within budget but quickly realised that what I needed and was actually looking for was above my ceiling. In the end I ended up spending more than twice what I had envisioned but in the end I got exactly what I wanted!
