I was looking for a single mattress and wanted to try several options for personal comfort. I walked in was helped by a knowledgeable person who discussed with me my requirements and tailored her comments and guidance accordingly, ie. she listened. I made my choice and then everything was processed very efficiently. The staff at the shop were all quite jolly and the atmosphere was nice, which counts for me. Delivery was prompt, timely and efficient. There was nothing to be dissatisfied about. So... great, and thank you

Regina was very friendly and spent a great deal of time explaining and showing everything for us. We generally are very indecisive but with Regina’s help we ended up ordering a mattress in one go!

I had gone to the official Tempur store a few weeks prior, and the price was £600 higher, because it was only available as a bundle with a duvet and pillows which I didn't want. They also didn't have the full range of Tempur Contour mattresses. Instead, in Dreams they had all the three models within the Contour range, had the special feature of CoolTouch, which is exclusive to Dreams and I wasn't aware of; and the price did not include any bundles so it was significantly cheaper. The staff were very helpful and friendly and Nesti got us sorted out with an order very efficiently.

Very good service and product knowledge

We were pleased with the opportunity to spend significant time testing the different mattresses and not to be rushed or feel pressured to make a decision. The customer service was exemplary as we were provided with tea and coffee whilst all of our questions were answered.

I made an appointment online after looking at beds and mattresses. The appointment was made for later the same day. Rajina greeted me at the store by name and I explained I had an idea what I wanted and she took me straight to the products I mentioned for a look. She explained everything in detail and even offered alternatives to compare with. She was very friendly and helpful and made the whole process very easy.
