The service was brilliant- I had Larry who spent a lot of time with me explaining the products ( such as the various mattresses and their spring quality). He never rushed me and gave me lots of options and mattresses to try. When I made the frame and mattress selection, he was v helpful in taking me through the delivery process, extended warranty options and made the whole process v simple, stress free and easy.

Great customer service, found what I wanted

My partner and I visited your Tottenham Court Road branch and were welcomed by Dinesh who was incredible friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took us straight to the Sleep Match bed which was a great experience and led us to an incredibly comfortable mattress which we (hope!) will live up to expectations and last us a long time - we also took out the mattress insurance to ensure this. We also purchased a bed frame which was a nice bonus with the available offer and on top of this, all of the items will be delivered in good time of our move. We can't recommend Dinesh and Dreams highly enough!

All the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgable - I said after we left that it literally couldn’t have been easier to buy a mattress.

I visited this dreams store three times between doing my sleep scan and eventually making up my mind and ordering and on each occasion everyone was very helpful and patient and gave me complete information. At no time was I pressured.

Having just had a very poor experience in the bed department at John Lewis we were getting rather anxious that we would not be able to get a mattress delivered for at least 6 months (the best JL could manage) - we were greeted as soon as we walked through the door at Dreams and were immediately shown several options that fitted our specifications. Dinesh knew all about the various products and made some great suggestions. We got a mattress ordered within 15 mins of being in the shop which will be delivered in 2 weeks - so pleased with the service provided, especially when compared to competitor!

I was dreading choosing a bed and a mattress to satisfy my requirements. I would have rather been looking for watches or hi-fi equipment or even going to my Dentist. The guys were helpful, friendly and gave me time to decide. In fact it was a surprisingly pleasurable experience. I would happily go through the whole process again except now I’ve already bought a bed.
