Mimi was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient with my inability to make up my mind. She was extremely friendly and good natured, understood my needs and constraints well and came up with creative solutions - in the end I ended up buying the more expensive mattress once we had explored the possibility of financing.

Acknowledged within 2 mins of arrival. Bea was helpful and handed over to Chris as a more knowledgeable colleague was required ( she is a new starter!). Chris was excellent - knowledgeable, engaging and showed faith when he handed the processing of the order back to Bea. Great experience

One of your staff, Navinder, was just an absolute delight! He gave us some wonderful suggestions and we are just so happy with our mattress. He was perfect. His friendliness levels, how he shared his knowledge, how he upsaled (or however you say it) he did good. We were a fan . Thanks so much !

My experience in Dreams today was absolutely brilliant; from the initial greeting to my eventual purchase. My knowledge of beds and bedding isn’t exactly extensive so I was in need of some help and assistance - step in Mimi, the ever-so-friendly and highly knowledgable customer service guru I would go so far as to say, who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I even got a cappuccino on the house which was very tasty indeed! I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a bed and Mimi made it all such a pleasure!
