Dinesh was very warm and welcoming and gave us a detailed explanation into the different types of mattresses and this helped us make an informed purchase. In addition, the store was very clean and there was a large selection of items to choose from. Very pleased withe the overall experience.

Everything since I entered to the store was good. The team members did the atmosphere even members; I felt like a home with family. Everyone smiling, answering all my questions cause was my first time buying something that expensive and many things I didn't know. They explain me all very kindly. I told one of them about my lower back problem and she super kindly explain me the benefits of a range of beds. I felt with loads of options and I guess I chose the best one for my Clinic problem. So Im so satisfied, can't wait to receive my bed and have s proper sleep.

I found the salesperson I worked with to be friendly and knowledgable. She also had a very good understanding of when I needed hands on assistance and when I needed some time alone to test mattresses out and think about my decision.

Great hybrid recommendation which would not have considered. Bea took time to understand our specific needs, provided ortho pillows to replicate home and encouraged us to spend as much time as we wanted trying different mattresses, which meant our choice was properly informed for my specific spiral injury needs.

I visited the Tottenham Court Road branch at the beginning of this week, Rajina was so professional, have me the information I required about the product. I returned today to place the order I could have placed it in another branch but due to Rajina's excellent customer service I returned to the TCR branch to place the order. There was no pressure I laid on the bed for as long as I needed and all the questions I raised Rajina was able to answer. Rajina is a great customer assistance I would definite recommend family/friends to Dreams. Keep up the good work!!!

We were looking for a bed and matress. It was hard to trust on the quality of beds and matress over the internet stores (which we browsed a few). Seeing that Dreams had a physical store close to us made us go there just to see. Rajina was very helpfull and easily understood what we wanted. She didn't took much time to understand what we wanted not because she didn't want it but she was very quick to understand. She quickly cut out the options we really didn't wanted and was very straight forward on pointing us a matress that was what we wanted. Easily explained the options we had for the bed.
