Was given the option of space to try mattresses or help, very friendly and felt at ease.

We visited the Dreams on Tottenham Court Road London today. We had a great shopping experience with Dinesh. He tailored his suggestions to match what we were looking for. He was funny, friendly, and knows everything about the products. We left the store with one Insignia3000K Mattress, three pillows, one fitted bed sheet, and hot tea (Yes, he made tea for us). You can tell he is a very experienced salesman and knows very well about Dreams products.

Dinesh was super helpful and was immediately available to assist me during my store visit.

The professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of the staff in the Tottenham Court Road branch made choosing a new mattress a pleasure and gave me confidence that I've made a good choice. I visited on a number of occasions while trying to make up my mind between 2 particular mattresses and received a warm welcome every time. In particular Mimi, who gave me initial advice and handled my order when I finally placed it, was friendly and helpful and gave me detailed product information and advice that I wouldn't have known to ask.

I was treated very nicely by Mr Nesti who advised me on what to purchase based on my affordability and requirements ,Nesti was very knowledgeable on materials durability and very accurate on calculating the price for me also Nesti was very helpful in choosing the mattress and finding the best price as finding out all of these things alone would of been impossible Nesti was also very pleasant and friendly and really went the extra mile for me I would always come back and ask for Nesti next time round

went to the store only just to find out more about the mattresses , as I am waiting for my completion date for my future flat. the sales person i spoke to told me i could actually order now, pay deposit only, and get the item delivered when i have my move in date, and even better yet, that the purchase is " subject contract". the whole process is made so easy , effortless, and also the sales people are polite, patient and knowledgeable that i decided to buy the mattress.

I visited the store on 1 August and spoke with the very knowledgeable Chris who told me the difference between microcoil and pocket spring and the advantages. I returned on 2 August and placed my order with the very helpful Nesti. Couldn’t do it over the phone as delivery address different to card address. A nice safety feature although not so practical for me having to return

I left feeling like I had the perfect mattress for me.
