I knew what I was looking for and the person who helped me seemed to know the stock very well and was able to help me find it quickly. She also made me feel at ease and gave me the time I needed to try the mattresses and make a decision.

The retail assistant had a lot of time for me and I felt well informed when speaking with him. I felt assured in my purchase decision.

We were provided great service by Mimi who allowed us to take our time test a number of beds before she then provided us with her deep industry knowledge which helped with my purchase.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with knowledge on different products. Rajina completely understood our needs and show us relevant products. She was always willing to answer all our questions.

The assistant in store (Dinesh) was very friendly and helpful. He recognised me from having visited to browse previously and was extremely welcoming as well as being very polite.

Rajina was fantastic and really helpful. Made the whole experience very enjoyable and straight forward.

Narvinder was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to direct me quickly to the mattress that best met my needs (I was fitting this into my lunch hour, my husband is very heavy). The transaction took no more than 15 minutes from entering the store, and Narvinder smiled throughout.

The sales lady was extremely helpful, we have small babies and she was patient whilst we attended to them whilst choosing a bed. She was friendly, listened to what we wanted and knew the products very well. It meant we were able to chose a bed extremely quickly which was great as we didn’t have much time

Sales assistant was very friendly and helpful, I was at the store for quite a long time as I could not decided what I wanted and he kept returning to help.
