The man who looked after me named Dinesh in the Tottenham Court Road store was the best customer service experience I think I have ever received. So helpful and patient and really took his time to help

Very helpful assistant - Nesti. Was allowed to try many mattresses, pillows etc. Given tea. All very professional, congenial etc etc
