I was served by Nesti at your Tottenham Court Road Branch. He is a very good non pushy sales person, very helpful in every way. The beds were delivered in the space of a week and the delivery men were excellent and well informed re the beds.

Narvinder was very informative about the products, and took the time to explain the subtle differences between them. He suggested trying the mattresses with different pillows to mirror what I had at home which was useful. Also keen to provide water in this hot period each time I visited.
