Fantastic service from knowledgable staff at Dreams store on Tottenham Court Road at the end of the working day. Helpful guidance regarding available options suited to my requirements, guiding me around the store and demonstrating ottoman bed functions. Reasonable prices, with further discount offer on the day.

The sales assistants (assistant and trainee) were very friendly and helpful. They advised us well and also gave us space to roam. We could try various mattresses to find the one that suited our needs best. As it was a hot day we really appreciated being offered water and coffee. We left the shop happy having placed an order for a mattress to be delivered the day after tomorrow and also bought two pillows.

Rajna was very helpful and knowledgeable. We really appreciated her advice and help throughout the process. She explained everything very clearly and was very good listening to our needs and answering our questions.

Found my contact (Dinesh) to be extremely helpful in directing me to a bed and mattress that suited me, particularly as I don't really have any expertise on things like different mattress types etc. Also found the deal to be very good value for money, particularly in comparison to other bed/mattress retailers in the Tottenham Court Road area.
