I was dreading shopping for a bed as they can be so expensive and often too many options. Dreams customer service was excellent. I went in looking for a specific type of mattress which I relayed to the assistant Mimi. She understood my needs straight away and showed me the best options for me. She was very considerate and made me feel very comfortable. It was a pleasure shopping at Dreams.

The gentleman that helped us choose the beds had great knowledge of the beds we was looking for. Made the whole experience fantastic and gave us all the relevant information.

Staff - Dinesh is very helpful and supportive.

We were directed to the sort of items we could be interested in so we could rapidly find the ideal mattress for us. We were given the information we needed.

When walking into the store I had no idea what I was looking for. I asked Nesti for help and he was very very friendly, welcoming and helpful

I went to the Tottenham Court Road shop twice - once for a bed and once for a mattress. Nesti helped me out both times. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable and competent he made the experience a pleasure. I'll definitely be back for pillows and bedding and hope he's there to help again when I do!

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Dreams today. Upon arrival I was greated by a shop assistant named Mimi who was extremely pleasant and happy to help and listen to our needs. She kindly showed us all the different mattresses which were suited to our needs and offered us refreshments. We happily placed an order and look forward to seeing our new mattress and bed frame.
