I was highly satisfied because of two things: (1) the customer service provided by the store employees (I was assisted by Nesti), and (2) the diversity of products in the store. Choosing the right mattress was done quickly and easily, as the employee that assisted me (Nesti) guided me to the range of products that fit me, and knew how to advise me on the options available. I never felt like I was being upsold or unnecessarily pushed to buy products: Nesti aways provided all the options available, and gave me the pros and cons of each option (be it mattress, pillows, bed frames, damage coverage). Overall, it was a great buying experience with Nesti, and I’m glad I passed by Dreams to make these purchases (first time buying a mattress and bed in the UK)
