As soon as we entered the store we were greeted with a smiling retail assistant who was very happy to assist us without being overbearing! We were given the time to try the various products ourselves, peruse the store and were given excellent, expert advice when we asked for help. The advice given by the retail assistant was sensible and insightful - he clearly knew his stuff! We were not pressured to make any purchase and were given the time we needed to consider our options. The service was very friendly and the staff obviously enjoy what they do and assisting customers as best they can. They were friendly with each other too, which was nice to see. We were very satisfied with the service and felt comfortable paying the price that we did as the service gave us comfort that we would be looked after if there are any issues down the track - thank you for making our choice easy!
