I have been looking for a good quality sofabed at a reasonable price. This met both criteria. The sofabed is attractive and comfortable and seems easy to adapt. Mimi, the staff member, was friendly and extremely helpful, and the whole transcation went very smoothly.

The first assistant that helped us was very in educated about the products. The bed that I was buying and was on display was bending at the join and when I asked about this issue he said that it's to do with how many people go on the bed and it was over a year old etc. Why would I want to buy a bed that bends at the join that lasts a year with a few people testing it every day. Then another assistant came down stairs and stated that it was an old design and showed us the new lay out of the bed. And stated that there is an extra metal bar to stop the curving happening. It's these little things that ruined the experience. Saying that the other assistant who served us had all the knowledge of the products, offered us a beverage and made sure we was attended to.

Narvinder was extremely helpful. He showed me all the good range of good dreams offers and made my decision easier for me to buy my bed, matters, pillows and duvet. 1 to 10 will give a score of 15 to the service in this store.

Dinesh was a great assistant and helped us make a good choice with his valuable sales knowledge.

From the moment we stepped into the store we were greeted by Dinesh who was friendly, approachable and completely knowledgeable about what we wanted and what we needed. We were able to find what we needed quickly and complete the purchase smoothly. Dinesh's is diligence, care and attention to detail was very impressive and I would highly recommend going back to him for any further purchases. The whole experience was very good and I am happy with my purchase.

Staff were welcoming but not pushy. Narvinder was our sales representative, he asked our preference of having him shop with us and was respectful of our wishes in this respect. He was patient, accommodating and knowledgeable about the products and services. He didn't oversell but gave us a clear overview at each stage in order to manage our expectations. The staff in general appeared to have good rapport with one another and clearly take pride in the appearance of the store in which they are representing. We witnessed Narvinder's relaxed approach, in the other sales representatives who were helping other customers. Made the process of choosing a bed and mattress relatively stress free.

It was a very quick process and both employees I spoke to were extremely accommodating and efficient. I was genuinely very satisfied!
