All of the staff were incredibly helpful and weren't at all pushy about the sale. We actually weren't planning on buying the item that day as we haven't yet completed the purchase on our house, but we were able to purchase the sofa bed with 20% off, which will be delivered after we have moved in, making it very convenient. The sales assistants were very happy to show us all the functions and answered all of our questions honestly and clearly knew the policies and practices of the store very well.

Everything went through 'like a dream' the whole experience was smooth and fast. Really lovely.

The assistant was knowledgable seemed trustworthy an d was extremely helpful. At first he gave me a little too much detail on each item but this did show that he knew his job. I was offered refreshment.

Friendly welcome by the staff. Quickly informed whether we needed assistance or just wanted to have a quick look. Gave us time to try the pillows out before returning for any required assistance.

The staff member who assisted me was knowledgeable about the range, discussing the relative advantages and disadvantages of the mattresses I was looking at. He allowed me plenty of time to try the products and even made me a cup of tea
