The sale item i'd seen online was readily available. The sales assistant was prompt in offering any help but also considerately asked if I would just like to browse first, which I did and I really appreciated the no pressure approach. When I was ready to consider the option I had in mind the sales assistant came to help and advise immediately. I felt it was a trust worthy reliable and well informed service. It did not take me long to decide and the adminstration for the purchase was quick and convivially conducted. I didn't have a coffee but the offer was appreciated. A very good retail experience.

We had looked online at the available options and had some questions which Nesti the assistant who served us was not only able to answer but was also able to explain some other options we had not considered. He was a lovely man, so friendly and welcoming, and we ended up buying a more expensive mattress because of his excellent advice and service.

Your colleauge Mrs Mimi were very helpful and she listened us for our needs carefully and assisted. Me and my wıfe felt comfortable and valuable. We spent our time as we want.

We couldn't find the bed we were looking for as some of the features weren't to our specification of that on the shop floor, however the Dreams colleague Rayner, after asking what we wanted found a near exact example of what we required and hence made the purchase. very pleased
