Excellent service from Rejina who was my customer assistant. She was highly professional, extremely friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

Dinesh was very helpful without being obtrusive, the mattresses and pillows were of high quality, and the overall experience was pleasant and nice.

The staff, in particular, Rajina were very helpful whilst also giving us space to browse and try out the beds. Good range of products and staff gave helpful information to help us to decide on our purchase.

Regina was very friendly, approachable and didn't push the sale too far. Instead she approached the sale in a consultative manner, positioning herself as both the expert and being n the buyers shoes herself in previous months.

The customer service i received from AL L staff at Dreams was amazing, so friendly, they were quick and efficient. I would recommend everybody to go to this store in Tottenham Court Road because they know what customer service is. Haven't been given a service like that in a very long time. Rajina and Chris are such lovely people, really helped me through explaining the bed i wanted, through all the payments everything was just brilliant can't fault a single thing. Thankyou so much for your service felt really happy.

Nesti was very knowledgable and understood I was looking for quick results and a speedy efficient process.

I was approached fairly quickly by a member of staff to ask if I needed help and what I was looking for. I liked that I had a few minutes to look around first before being approached. The person who help me was knowledgeable and explained about the different types of mattresses, the bases, the headboard and suggested things I hadn't thought of. I had forgotten my credit card but she still provisionally placed the order and provisionally booked the delivery date as I would be able to ring the store when I got home after work, and then the order was completed quickly. The staff member (Regina) was friendly and not pushy at all. Overall I had a good experience. In total I think I have bought about 5 beds from Dreams over the years and may by a bed for myself this year from Dreams. The customer service has always been good and the staff always professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Rajina the assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products so my purchase went extremely well and quick to make my mind up of what I wanted. Thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience!
