Rajina who served us in store was brilliant. She was very helpful and friendly, without being too pushy. We had been to other stores where they were just trying to upsell to us, but she was very patient and took the time to understand our needs and just recommend the right products within our price range.

The customer advisor was exemplary in explaining and showing us the mattresses available and allowing us to decide the best one for us. Fully supportive of our concerns and went above and beyond is aiding our final decision. Very satisfied with the help from Regina at this Dreams store.

Rajina offered an extremely good service. I went into the shop as I saw the sales on the Tempur mattresses and I was not looking to buy a mattress, I was just looking around. I have been sleeping on a tempur mattress for the last 10 years and, as soon as I started to ask a few questions in regards to the products, Rajina showed a impressive overall knowledge on the products and she knew immediately the issues I had with my old mattress, also by knowing which mattress I was using she was able to advise me on the best product for me. She showed me with great care various options, giving me all the needed space to try them and also make queries to which she replied with calm, assertiveness and again overall knowledge. Rajina allowed me to choose the right mattress and the right price range for me. I am very happy and grateful to have found such a great sales person and been able to have an overall great experience at the shop.

Rajina, the person who assisted us in store, was both very helpful and friendly. Me and my spouse felt like we were treated as valued customers and answers were given to all of our questions. We spent a lot of money and left the stores with no regrets! I will be recommending my family and friends to be seen by Rajina in the future. Her dedication and work ethic really showed when she showed us around the bed frames and mattresses.

This Dreams branch was by far the friendliest I've ever visited. The Assistant named Ragina was extremely friendly,knowledgeable without being over pushy or only showing the most expensive. She gave my son a pillow to try 4 different mattresses and explained each one properly. Pity not all branches are like this.
