Two words: customer service. The product was essentially decided on before walking into the store, however Chris was helpful in explaining more about the product, suggesting alternatives and building a rapport

Dinesh, who helped us during our visit, was keen to help us. He explained the differences between mattresses and showed us options within our price range. He allowed us time to talk privately, to make decisions, and to evaluate the mattresses. We were happy with the quality of the mattresses on offer, and with the discounts that were applied. We feel we have purchased a good mattress for a reasonable amount of money, and we left satisfied. Furthermore, other staff were keen to help, but importantly, not overly pushy.

The salesman Nesti was extremely helpful and gave us a great deal of information that gave us the assistance we required. Large selection of beds to actually test for comfort.

Arvind was very friendly on welcoming me to the store and asked if I would like a coffee whilst looking around. He was very attentive and patient with me on my visit which lasted around 45 minutes. He showed me a range of beds that over time allowed me to feel comfortable making the decision to buy. It can be very confusing with different brands, product names, prices and extras, but Arvind was very happy to repeat himself so I understood when needed.

Our sales associate Dinesh was very knowledgeable of our needs and the products we looked at. He was extremely helpful in guiding us to a bed that fit our needs. He was not too pushy and allowed us to explore on our own but was attentive when we had questions. We were so happy with our purchase and the help he gave us we came back to buy a second bed for our guest room. He is extremely accommodating and will definitely come back if in need of any future products.

Mimi took the time to calculate the height of my mattress and divan to ensure it was even with the bedside table. She suggested colour schemes too for my bedroom using a variety of greys and this was helpful.
