Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

My son visited the Dreams store and was helped brilliantly to find the right bed for him. Rajina was very patient and gave him time, listened and passed on her knowledge and advice. I then spoke to her over the phone twice before placing the order. She was extremely helpful, listened and understood our circumstances and needs perfectly. Although this was not my local store I was adamant that she should get the sale because she had been so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The sales person Dinesh was friendly and knowlagable. Particularly liked the background information on the operation at Nature's Finest and the fact that it is a traditional family firm. This was why we chose one of their mattresses.

We have visited Dreams at Tottenham Court road and were acknowledged immediately by Nesti. He was lovely and very knowledgeable and has helped us to choose our perfect bed and mattress. We left to check other stores but came back shortly after as we were really pleased with customer service at Dreams. We have asked for Nesti again and he helped us to choose another bed. Excellent experience, we would definitely recommend Dreams to everyone.

The Sales Clerk who assisted us was very knowledgeable and really friendly, he made the whole visit very pleasant and thoroughly enjoyable. We tried a number of beds, he assisted us in choosing the right mattress for us and told us all about the differences in the products. We actually went to John Lewis for comparison on price and to look at the Simba mattress but felt the quality of the mattress at Dreams, the price of it, and the shop experience was so good that we wanted to come back. The Bed expert was called Nesti - you should recognise him as one of the best, he knows his stuff!

I was assisted by a lady called MiMi and I found her to be super helpful, not pushy, took time to understand my needs, was patient with me while I made my decisions

The customer service was great and the product quality qas better then other stores that we checked.
