I am incredibly satsfied because mr Nesti provided an excellent service. He was professional yet friendly, accurate and a very good listener. Also the other members of the team were very kind and polite and very responsive.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, available when I had questions yet leaving me to browse and try the mattresses without pressure. I bought a bedframe but didn't buy a mattress there however as they were out of my price range despite the January sales.

It was my first visit to a Dreams store at all. It's been immediately easy and natural to get support and advice, on this occasion from Dinesh, a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly person, assisting me in every step around my needs, from discussing requirements and budget to order and delivery logistics and preparation details. I was even offered a tea or coffee at start, it was easy to talk about various options (beds divans/ottoman or a combination of both, I could test mattresses and learn some technical differences, look closely at prices calculations and delivery/recycling, getting the best of promotions...). I really appreciated that Dinesh was looking genuinely for the best solution. Some colleagues provided additional support and information too, which was very welcome. Impatient now to get the delivery. A very good experience, and I would definitively recommend this DREAMS (Tottenham Court Road).

Great experience overall during our recent visit, when purchasing new pillows. Very welcoming staff, excellent choice of products and better priced than the competition on the street (even if only by a few pounds, our purchase was cheaper at Dreams). Mimi provided very helpful advice and guided our purchase from start to end.
