Staff were helpful without being overly pushy, unlike other stores we visited that day. They took their time with us and even though it was not their fault that the credit check took a while were apologetic. They also made us tea, which was most welcome, and were all-round polite and courteous.

The staff were all really friendly and relaxed whilst remaining very professional - the atmosphere the staff create in store made me feel very welcome, and it was good to see a team all getting on so well

Having worked in retail for over 30 years, I am very particular about customer service &, from the moment I walked into the store on Tottenham Court Road, I was made to feel at home, It was New Years Day & the store had only just opened. I was greeted by a few friendly faces & NESTI stepped forward to offer his services. He was fantastic, so knowledgeable about his products, & was therefore able to listen patiently to my questions & come up with the ideal solutions for my needs. He even made me a cup of tea to enjoy at his desk! NESTI was extremely friendly & we had a nice chat about music too! I eventually left after about 80 minutes, very satisfied with my purchases & the price that NESTI had organised for me which included delivery, setting up & removal of my old bed & mattress. It was a highly satisfying start to the new year! Thank you, NESTI & DREAMS!!

Nesti from the TCR store was very helpful and informative while giving us space to think and decide what we wanted to do. We had some specific requirements that he was more than willing to work through and help us on.

i visited your branch in Tottenham court road the customer service was excellent the person who assisted us his name was Narvinder , we found him very polite, helpful , knowledgeable about the product and didn't use pushy sales pitch.

Immediately we entered the store we were greeted by your colleagues and Aravind approached for help choosing what we wanted. He had the patience to listen to us and suggested what they can offer to our satisfaction providing a range for us to choose. Tea / Coffee / Hot chocolate was offered to me and my family and that was a great gesture who comes into your store in freezing weather conditions outside. Well supported and well explained about the product which we are purchasing and closed the sale at the end. We have been to few stores down the street before coming to Dreams and Dreams customer service was the best out of all those.
