The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the product and did not use any sales pressure; she was patient and gave us plenty of time to discuss our choices before we made the final choice. I am very pleased with this shopping experience and actually surprised because few places offer it.

As soon as we entered the store, Narvinder greeted us and then helped us find what we needed. He gave us lots of assistance and advice and helped us find order the products we wanted. We were offered tea and coffee and made to feel welcome.
