The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Larry (Lawrence) in particular took the time to help us find the right mattress and talk us through the various options. The hygiene precautions in place were very good, much better than we've seen in other stores, and the overall customer service and experience was not something which could be replicated online.
