I would like to tell you my experience at dreams. These two members of staff, Dinesh and Mimi ,were very helpful. They made sure we got the best service and products and I would like to thank them a lot .

I came in to purchase a new bed and mattress. I was assisted by Narvinder in the Tottenham Court Road store. Narvinder was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. He quickly helped me reduce the many options down to just a few. I felt confident with his assistance. I was also offered a drink which was a nice touch. Narvinder gave me space to browse on my own without feeling watched over, but also came to check that I didn't need any help, which is the perfect style of assistance. Narvinder quickly and efficiently placed the order, and my ideal delivery date was available. In summary, it was a very satisfying experience and I would recommend Dreams to friends based on Narvinder's assistance.

Mimi, Naz and Nesti were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me choose the right bed frame, headboard and mattress. They went through all the options with me, offered me a hot tea, and didn't rush me or push me into making a decision - but were always on hand to answer any questions I had. Once I made my decision, they helped me apply for the Financing option, which took 3 tries due to the Lender wanting more info all the time - but they were super patient, and let me know the status at all times. It eventually all got approved, and they were so happy for me! What a great team, I would definitely recommend them and the Tottenham store branch to all my friends and family if they were looking for a bed!

The individual who helped us out, Narvinder, was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in guiding us to make the right decision for our flat. We would definitely come back when we are due to purchase another bed.

I was assisted by staff member Rajina. I explained what I was looking for & she was very informative. Then I had all the time i needed to look around & try out mattresses. Also Rajina recommended some other products which I was grateful about. I was well looked after & the while process went very smoothly.
