The assistant, Chris, was very attentive, as well as being quite intuitive to leave me alone to try out mattresses without feeling the pressure of his presence. He came back in a timely manner. He also broadened my perceived range of options by taking his time to show me other ideas and options

Product options were available to view. Prices were competitive. The staff member looking after us was available, knowledgable and warm; yet was not imposing or pushy. He was relaxed and patient with us. The purchase and delivery options were great and the whole in-store purchase experience was fuss-free, productive and reasonably quick. We'd visited once before to do our initial selection and came back 2 weeks later having compared competitor offers and found Dreams to be affordable and a good product solution. The shop was clean, spacious, not too busy and had a wide product selection with lost of fabric options. All in all, a very good experience. I had a preconception that the store staff would be pushy and try to sell overpriced low quality products. I was completely wrong and would now highly advocate DREAMS as the most competitive bed shop that must be considered in any bedroom purchase.

Our sales representative, Nesti, provided fantastic customer service. He was patient, friendly and honest throughout our experience. He provided great advice and we did not feel pressured to purchase products like we had in other furniture stores.
