I can't recommend Dreams enough. My fiance and I experienced excellent customer service as soon as we walked into the store: very courteous, helpful, friendly and supportive staff. It was our first time buying a mattress and the staff has helped mattress-hunting seem less daunting. The mattress that we chose turned out to be exclusively available only to Dreams. We have yet to receive our mattress (which is fine with us as we haven't moved into our new flat yet) but we're expecting a smooth delivery, as good as our experience at the store!
