Both Nesti and Dinesh were extremely helpful during the long process of selecting the bed. Even though there were customers coming and going throughout the period it took us to decide, we never felt left out. The information given to us was clear and all of our many questions were answered politely and with genuine enthusiasm. Nesti explained many elements to us and Dinesh was most helpful in speaking about the natural fibres in the Nature's Finest Mattress, which is the one we did purchase. We are very happy with this bc we try to avoid as many chemicals as possible in our home. We are also satisfied with the flexible terms about date and delivery bc we are renovating and are not exactly sure when we need delivery. We have paid our deposit and can be assured that our order will be made up in plenty of time to correlate with our plans. Thanks so much with a rewarding experience and congratulations to Nesti and Dinesh for their excellent sales approach.

The sales assistant was very helpful. He confirmed that the bed would be cheaper if they reduced the price. I came in the next day and the mattress was £100 cheaper. I called Dreams and they have agreed to reimburse me £100. Overall a great experience. Bed comes this Saturday so let's hope it's as good! :)

Dinesh at Tottenham Court Road was amazing. Extremely helpful and very considerate of our needs. He was a big factor in our decision.

Rajina, my assistant in the shop, was fantastic. Very helpful, very generous with explaining things to me and a very kind person. She made what could have been a bit of a chore to organise a pleasant, fun experience.

The payment process was straight forward and I felt well supported. I'm satisfied with the quality of the mattress that I ordered - it's very comfortable.
