Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

Dinesh was very helpful giving us time to make a decision and made us a cup of tea and ensured I was comfortable (I am on crutches) throughout the visit to the Dreams Tottenham court road store.

We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed any help or anything to drink. We were assured that help was available but we’re not put under pressure. When we were ready help was immediately available an we were given thorough support by highly knowledgable staff. We weren’t looking to purchase that day but were given detailed quotes for the products we were interested in. When we returned to make the purchase we didn’t have our quotes with us but we were given support by another member of staff who found the quote quickly and supported us to get the order processed quickly and clearly.

The shop was being changed around but the staff went out of their way to get us access to beds. When we made a decision the process was so quick and no hidden charges like other furtniture storeS!

I went into the store following a visit to another storw regarding a product inquiry where Rajina kindly assisted me. She helped me to identify to the product and suitable mattress for my needs. Following our conversation I explained that I would return with my parents as I wanted to discuss my options with her. Rajina kindly wrote things down and on return the next day she walked I and my mother through options with for the choose bed. She was really helpful and have use suggestions and gave us time to think.

The range of beds and mattresses was from luxurious and practical. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Dinesh, the sales agent, was very knowledgeable about the products, provided good advice and was very patient as we explored the various options. Most importantly he was very humble in his approach and not too pushy. I visited couple other stores over the weekend on the same street. One sales manager acted extremely arrogantly, almost dismissing the idea I was serious about making a purchase. Another sales manager thought giving me a history of how big his company was and how many brands they had acquired globally would be useful in making me decide that bed I wanted. Clearly it didn't. So overall Dinesh was great and also very patient when we decided to amend the order the following day.

It was relatively quick and there wasn't a queue. I was served quickly and the staff were friendly.

Mimi had remembered me from a previous visit to the store. She was able to provide advice for mattresses, beds and headboards. There was no pressure for a sale and she provided many options for myself and partner to try.
