Salesperson (Narvinder I think) was very helpful without being pushy. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions fully and help us come to a proper decision on a bed.

We purchased an extremely comfortable mattress at the relative price. The service we received was great although the mattress we first chose was not available but were were able to find another option.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They spent time with responding to my question and understanding my needs. The purchase and overall experience went smoothly. I wanted a Tempur mattress and Dreams has a specific partnership with this brand which allowed me to buy the latest model only available with them.

We were assisted to quickly find exactly what we wanted. There was a good selection to choose from. We were invited to have a cup of coffee, which was nice. The staff were helpful & knowledgable.

Arvind, the person who helped us, was very friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to understand quickly what kind of mattress we were looking for in terms of firmness and quality. Before entering the store we were dreading because of past experiences buying furniture with too pushy or annoying salesman. Today the experience seemed useful and practical.

Upon arrival at the shop we were welcomed by a truly lovely member of staff called Rajina. Immediately she found out what exactly I was looking for and directed me to the mattresses that she felt would be suitable. She took her time showing me each one and went above and beyond to make sure I was truly happy. Not only did she show me mattresses but also pillows to ensure maximum comfort. I felt Rajina really understood my needs and she was highly knowledgeable on the products, which was very reassuring. I loved her super kind and friendly nature which made my overall experience at dreams excellent. She was highly attentive from the moment i walked into the store to the moment I left, couldn't ask for better customer service!!!
