The whole experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. I enjoyed my time shopping and can't wait to try out my new bed.

The first time I visited the store, a man was very helpful and friendly in answering questions. When I returned a few days later to purchase, Nesti was helpful and very knowledgeable. The experience was smooth and quick, and we were very satisfied!

The assistant in store was friendly, quick and understanding of my needs. The order was taken, placed and I was in and out in a short period of time.

I was served by Nesti - after two telephone conversations during which he was so helpful I was very keen to be served by him in store. He was informative, patient and as helpful if not more so than he had been on the telephone.

Dinesh was welcoming, pleasant and informative. Good salesman.

We bought our new mattress on our second visit to the store, having taken some time to think about it. When we finally returned (a month after our initial visit!), not only did the Dreams employee who served us last time, Nesti, remembered us, he also remembered what products we were looking at, and what our considerations were before. Absolutely outstanding service from him, excellent product knowledge, patience, and incredible memory!!
