It was easy to chose and mix and match components. And the waiting time for getting the actual product dispatched was the best of several outlets I visited. Luka made everything clear and her enthusiasm and patience were free of any sales pressure.

We felt very impressed with services provided by all staff in Tottenham court road branch, especially Luka. We were welcomed with hot drinks. Luka is very helpful, friendly and professional. We learnt a lot of information about beds, mattresses and pillows. We also very happy with relaxed atmosphere. We spent a lot of time choosing things happily. We could enjoy testing all mattress without feeling any pressure from any staff. The price of products are very reasonable. Also, we love free delivery and 8 years service plan. We will definitely go back there again if we need anything else. We will recommend this to other friends too.
