Mrs. Mimi was so friendly to us. She showed us all the mattresses in the shop. She recommended the best quality product to us. Dreams was the first shop for us to buy a mattress. She convinced us to buy the divan & mattress & cover & pillows in a short time. Actually we are planning to go to the other shops to see the prices and other options but we bought without going any where else.

Helpful staff, found what I was looking for

The salesman Vishal was most helpful and informative. Once I told him what I was looking for he showed me the various combinations available.

Luka was warm, attentive and knowledgeable the moment I walked into the store. She offered us hot drinks and allowed us to take our time. She provided us with information about everything we mentioned with not a hint of pushy sales which was fantastic. The bed we have received is super comfortable and the whole experience was made easy and wonderful having such a friendly member of your staff. Truly an asset to your team.

We were served by a man called Narvinder who was pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with without being pushy. He did try to sell extras to us but when I made it clear we weren't interested he respected that. It's nice to get a professional sales person who knows when to hold off on the big push.

Arvind was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We weren't sure of what we wanted when we went into the store but we ended up with the perfect mattress for us thanks to his knowledge and advice

We were served by Rajina (Tottenham court Road Branch) who was extremely helpful and seemed to know very well her subjects. She gave us all the time we needed to answer all our questions and understood straight away what were our needs. We hope that we will be as satisfied with the product on delivery than with the help from Rajina.

Friendly staff, approached me soon as I walked in. I was offered tea or coffee several times also made aware of the 60% bedding sale which was the last day. The person who served me was very helpful and had my order placed in no time.
