Friendly, helpful staff. I bought what I came in for. He also pointed out the 60% sale on bedding which I also bought. Was offered tea and coffee several times. My transaction was stress free and quick. Very pleased with my Mattress and new bedding.

Luka (sales team) is very helpful to guide us find us what we need, and she really helpful as well on telling us on the current discounts. Even free drinks at the end of the visit.

Instantly greeted by a member of staff. Different options explained thoroughly to me. Was able to try all the beds and didn't feel pressured for time. Then advised I'd be back the following week. Met with another member of staff who was keen to reference his previous colleague for credit which I thought was really admirable. I explained I was in a rush and we managed to get the whole order through in under ten minutes. Amazing speed and efficiency. Thank you so much!

I wasn't planning to make a purchase there and then and the advice/ guide through the process meant i wasted less time hesitating over buying a bed for probably what would have been a month. The assistant sat me down to find out what I would like and it seemed very easy which to get after deciding.

Helpful and Friendly staff, attentive and informative.

Everything was great, specially the advisor Arvind. The only problem was that I had to sign too many papers. It seems the system over complicates the sale a bit.

Excellent assistance from Luka Diamond. She was attentive and not intrusive, very knowledgable about the products and prices and while we were two men testing beds in a very public environment she never made us feel uncomfortable or awkward.

The Dream's customer advisor was very friendly from the moment we walked into the store. He knew exactly what we were looking for in a bed and was extremely helpful in answering some of our questions. He went out of his way in assisting us and we trusted his honest opinions. The quoted delivery date was 4 days after purchase which was amazing. The bed we purchased was also very good value for money - it looks more expensive than what it actually is! We would definitely return back to the store in the future for bed-related purchases; there is nothing negative to say about our first time experience at Dreams.
