I went to the store no. 011 and Monika was very friendly since we arrived, when we explained to her what we were looking she directly showed us the diversity of products, and gave us time to discuss and prove them.

Vishal was excellent. Had great product knowledge. I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me the most expensive bed. He listened to my needs.

The staff were courteous. I did not pressurised. there was always someone near to answer questions and offer constructive advice.

The sales assistant, Arvind Pandya was very helpful and understood our needs quickly. We were very satisfied with how knowledgable he was about the products and he found the ideal mattress for us.

The store was busy due to the sale but Luka was very attentive and offered us a coffee while we are browsing. If she couldn't answer any of our queries she was quick to approach another staff member for the information. Once we had decided on our purchase their was a delay in processing the sale due to the volume of customers, however all the staff were friendly and kept us up to date on when we would be attended too. As Luka was fairly new to the store she was assisted by Nav to process the sale. He was very patient and helpful showing her the process. It showed great teamwork

I visited 6 other bed shops before I got to DREAMS in the Tottenham Court Road - and I didn't bother to go back to any of them as I found just what I wanted at DREAMS. The Assistant I spoke to, Rajhina I think her name was, actually listened to what I was asking for (unlike any of the other shops) and then took me straight to the product I was talking about. In fact, after listening to her clear knowledge of all the beds available, I followed her advice and have bought a slightly different product from the one I'd actually described and thought I'd wanted!!! I can't wait to go to bed in a week's time!
