Knowledgeable staff in an informative but not pressurised sales approach. We did not feel time pressured or pushed to purchase and it really felt like the sales assistant and the whole team believed in the products they were selling and finding the right option for the customer

Dinesh was extremely helpful and courteous during our visit to Dreams. Considering he had only just joined the store, I was impressed by his product knowledge and attentiveness.

Chris was so helpful and informative, but not pushy. He gave us some space to lie on the beds and discuss our options, but he was around if we needed to ask questions. He was also clear about our options for delivery and all the terms and conditions surrounding the purchase.

Appreciated the fact that staff were available and happy to help, but also gave us lots of time simply to browse and test out the mattresses. We felt supported in making the purchase but not hassled or pressurised. The staff member was knowledgable and friendly.

Rajina has been amazing, extremely helpful in helping us with the sofa choice and colour while our 2 kids were waiting patiently and enjoying their hot chocolate kindly offered by Rajina when we arrived. Thank you, Rajina!
