The attendant who helped us was relatively new at Dreams (less than a month), yet she still could answer most questions. What I liked is she didn't make stuff up when she didn't know something, she asked her manager - who was super knowledgable.

The Manager, Nesta, was very charming, friendly and knowledgeable of his product. He evidently enjoys his job and has a very natural and friendly manner towards the customer.

Navinder was very helpful and didn't waste any time. I was in and out of the shop within 5 minutes which is exactly what I wanted. He explained the delivery system to me.

The sales person (Ragina) was fantastic. Very professional, knew her products, fundamental differences and what was possible and not possible. She provided assistance, explained everything in details but we didn't feel she was pushy and hence enjoyed the visit.

I was given a warm welcome,when i came into the store,the assistant couldn't be more helpful.
