We were advised by another Dreams store to visit TCR as they had a wider range of stock in store. We wanted to try a Hypnos matress which was on sale. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Rajina who immediately knew the products we were after (as the other store had phoned through earlier). We tried several mattresses based on Rajina's advice and she also explained the effect of the different bad bases on the overall comfort of the mattress, which we thought was important. We actually left the store to continue our search in parts of London but eventually came back to the TCR store a few hours later to get a have a final try and to order. We didn't feel pressured to buy at all, but we were gently made aware of the timescales and delivery availability. We were most impressed with the quality and availability of the bed and mattress which would be with us in 2 working days! Overall, the experience at Dreams TCR store was very good, we felt we felt welcome and properly attended to and the whole process was quick and pleasant.

Members of staff were helpful but did not pressure us in any way. They were on hand if we required help and answered our questions but allowed us to try out the beds in our own time without feeling like we were being watched over.

Nesti was an amazing person to get help from, he initially left us be to look about and was always around when a question or bit of advice was needed. He was personable and a charming person to talk to. Absolute fabulous service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My visit was problem free but I had been in another day and have up as no staff free for a long time. On the day I placed the order there was no problem

The sales assistant was extremely experienced and knowledgable and made sure I had sufficient time to try out the product I purchased before I bought.

nAVINDER was very helpful as was his colleague. We ordered a mattress and a bed and they arranged for both to be delivered separately in order to accommodate our time frame.
