The staff was very respectful, understanding and kind by taking her time to explaining and give information about the product.

I looked online and found a good sofa offer, called the Tottenham store who picked up the call quickly and confirmed it was in stock at the store. I went down and tried this out and was greeted by two very friendly staff members who gave me the information I need without seeming pushy. They made me a tea and when I was purchasing the mattress they were friendly and chatty and made me feel comfortable. The process of buying the mattress was so quick and easy and the gentleman took me through all the information in a really clear way.

When I entered the store I was given time to look around before being asked if I needed help. I was shown different mattresses to meet my needs and price range. The Assistant did not rush me to make a decision and overall was helpful and polite.

We were positively surprised by the product choice and selection in the store. Nesti Guided us to the right product straight away whilst understanding our needs and wishes. He showed great product knowledge and within no time, we had made our choice. I am highly satisfied with the experience i had at Dreams as it spanned over two visits and a few phone calls, each time i was highly impressed as staff remembered my name, when i previously visited and what i was looking for in a mattress. I was also offered a hot or cold beverage and a place to sit while i was given information. When dealing with my purchase it was done efficiently and prompt with no problems what so ever and i felt comfortable as we had conversation whilst the order was being processed. Overall was a good experience and i was highly satisfied.
