When entering the shop we were told that if we needed help to ask any questions and to browse for as long as we needed. The staff member left us alone to browse at our pace which we really appreciated and, only later when we asked questions he promptly explained everything we needed to know. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, that contributed for us to decide to buy the product in that store instead of online or at our local Dreams store.

Thank you to my sister, that recommended the store, we bought a beautiful bed. We arrived to Dreams looking for a bed to our new apartment. The approaching was very good and relax, taking our time without being pushed to buy. Everything was so easy and comfortable, thanking to Mr. Nesti, is a great salesman. He was helping us to have the must quickly delivery service with a lot of recommendation... :)

Nesti was a superb salesperson. Courteous, professional with a clear understanding of the products he was selling. He didn't oversell and managed to listen to our needs and fulfil them with the right product, not the one with the highest price. Something we put huge value against. It was Nesti that made us want to fill this form in. We've bought many products from Dreams over the years and we've always been impressed by the levels of customer service. Well done Dreams!

Salesman (Vishal) was very friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to understand our needs

The person helping me was very patient and showed me around the whole store. He allowed some time for me to think what I want to buy and didn't rush me. He offered me tea and gave me a pillow so I can try the beds with comfort. The person had a lot of knowledge of the mattresses and answered every question I had in detail.

We were made to feel very welcom. The assistant was very helpful and took rhe trouble to take us round the shop showing us other beds. He advised us that ad we were buying the bed for our son if he was not happy with the bed we could exchange it within 40 days which wad a useful piece of information. I would recomend dreams to friends.

I had 3 particular reasons for a new mattress, mentioned this to the sales rep and he planned a mutitude of tests which I was happy with.
