The salesman quickly understood our needs and he offered a perfect mattress. We could not be happier.

The service received from the very start was attentive and personal right to the end of the visit. We were helped by 1 member of staff however each member that passed us were polite and helpful

Larry was our sales rep and he was absolutely brilliant attended to us straight away and was able to find hopefully a mattress that suits my need. Delivery is 20 days from purchase which is ok and quite fast but would have liked it sooner as the mattress I'm sleeping i atm is killing my back! Price is a bit expensive however if i get a great night sleep it will be worth it. I have bought 2 pillows which have a distinct smell hopefully airing it out for a while will solve the problem

The Dreams sales assistant was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and ensured we had an opportunity to try out all the firm mattresses on display. Going back to re-look at things a second time was not a problem. We felt very comfortable talking through the options with him.

James who assisted me in the store was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy.

The assistance my husband and I received on the store was amazing. James was very polite, respectful, and explained everything we needed to know about the available mattresses, including the best possible product to attend our needs. Unfortunately the store did not have the product we wanted (Luna 1000 - available only after 3 months), but James helped us find a another great mattress that will be great as well (just a little above the price compared to the first mattress). Thank you very much for treating us so well. We will for sure return when the time comes to replace our mattress.
