I sort Rajina's advice as I was looking at two mattresses at the same price. After listen to her, I purchased the mattress which was half price in the sale. My comparison was between Hypnos and Insignia. I am sure I will be pleased with the purchase.

The sales man was fantastic, Telish I think. Explained everything to me listened to what I needed.

The store assistant was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. He answered all my questions, showed me a number of options and didn't try to push me into a purchase. He was friendly but professional and made me feel my custom was valued.

The colleague who assisted me was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient despite me asking innumerable questions yet never tried to push me into making a purchase. He explained the after sale procedure and timescale. When I mentioned it was very warm in the shop he even offered to turn the thermostat down!

Dreams is a great shop to buy a bed. We have been before but this time arrived with quite varied needs (kids beginning to grow and having their own ideas and wishes - some practical some less so). Arvind assisted us throughout and helped put a collection of compatible parts together. He was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and has access to a great coffee machine. Placing an order was quick, straightforward and painless. Thank you Arvind! Overall buying beds is a bit of a commitment so it's good to have good quality at reasonable prices. For this Dreams does seem to be able to deliver. The choice of real natural fillings such as cotton, mohair, cashmere and even silk is impressive and delivered at justifiable prices. Definitely recommended.

Rajina, who assisted us on the day was very very helpful. She was knowledgeable about the different mattresses, took time to listen to us and what were looking for.

He was open and honest about everything and knew the answers to all our questions. The delivery was at 9 30am on the dot so the time block they gave us was spot on. This meant we weren't left waiting all day. The delivery staff were very friendly and helpful and got it all done in super quick time. We are very happy customers and would recommend Dreams to all our friends.
