Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

The reason was because having worked within customer service for our 15 years. It was a pleasure to see the assistant's within the shop had acknowledge me with eye contact straight away welcoming smile and greet. They asked how they could help and showed me and explained the difference and even let me try out various mattresses before I made my final choice. Was offered refreshments and they explained the guarantee policy clearly and delivery and collection process before paying process began. He really knew about his products.

the salesman looked at my previous invoice from 16 years ago and knew the man who had looked after me. I had on a previous visit in October identified the mattress so the sale was an easy one.

Informative , comfortable , good value, good customer service

The assistant Esti was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. He put us our ease and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Customer service at your Tottenham Court Road store was great. Delivery drivers called me promptly before arriving and gave me good advice on keeping the mattress in good condition. 10/10

I went into the Tottenham Court Road store and was served by Narvinder Mangat. I was a little overwhelmed because I had two beds and mattresses to buy, and had looked at many options online. I was expecting a nightmarish shopping experience, and what I got was the most top quality service. Absolutely outstanding! Narv took me through the whole process start to finish - he made me a coffee, sat me down and chatted with me about what I was looking for, showed me around the store, was extremely knowledgeable about all the mattresses, explained the various storage options for each bedframe I liked, and then sat me down and put it all together with various different price options. I had a thousand questions and he had all the answers! He was professional, experienced, extremely knowledgeable, patient and just generally a really nice guy to deal with. The prices and deals in store were fantastic - even better than the online Dreams, which I wasn't expecting. The whole store atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. I cannot recommend Dreams highly enough, in particular the Tottenham Court Road store and Narv. They made the whole process simple, a great price and actually enjoyable.

Visited the store four times to look at the beds before I made a purchase and the all the staff were very friendly and helpful on each occasion, despite knowing that I was not making a purchase that day. Rejina the sales assistant who I made a purchase with was very very helpful, kind, knowledgeable. A very nice experience.
