Very friendly, knowledgable and approachable staff who were also very patient. Did not feel as though I was subject to the "hard sell" and was given lots of time to try beds out for myself and browse the store. Good advice given as to advantages of different styles of bed.

I WAS SEEN BY BOTH VISHAL & NAV THEY WERE BOTH ATTENTIVE , GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION I REQUIRED AND EVEN OFFERED MYSELF AND MY PARTNER A DRINK (WHICH WE FELT WAS A NICE TOUCH) NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH BOTHER FOR THEM.

He asked appropriate questions to ascertain what my needs were and due to his indepth knowledge offered me several suitable choices almost instantaneously. At no point was I pressured into making a purchase there and then. I was made to feel relaxed and have to time to think about my choice. The complimentary drink was an added bonus.

I was given an advice on various options, especially about matrasses. The Dreams consultant was very considerate and did not try to push to higher priced options.
