I was given enough space to browse the products but there was always a member of staff close by for me to ask questions. I informed Vishal of my needs and he didn't overwhelm me with choices. He knew everything I needed to know about the mattresses I was looking at. The ordering process was quick and simple, everything was explained in great detail to me. The store was pleasant to be in and I appreciated being offered a coffee. I actually went to another Dreams store on Wandsworth Bridge Road first which was much closer to my house and easier to get to, however Vishal at Tottenham Court Road was so helpful and knowledgable I travelled to his store twice in order to receive his great level of service.

The assistant, Ruby was extremely helpful. She took the time to understand our needs and then made accurate recommendations based on the information. Her knowledge of the products was great and she was very clear when answering questions. When it came to the purchase procedure she laid everything out very clearly and discussed all the options without any confusion. The rest of the team were very welcoming and made the whole experience easy. Overall a very professional group with particular credit to Ruby.

The customer service was excellent. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable and understood our needs. He was available immediately to help us. Then, to finalise the order, Nesti was extremely lovely and helpful as well. There was a very good atmosphere at the store, and we came out very happy with our purchase.

Buying a mattress can be quite daunting, and at dreams it made it easy and painless. We went in to find a Matress for our spare room and found the mattresses were very well priced and easy to order. Overall the service was great, we felt we had all the right information and given a very in depth overview of the different mattresses. Very friendly as well.

Ruby was incredibly helpful. She knew a lot about the products and took the time to listen to what we wanted and was able to recommend a few options to us. She also showed us some pillows that neither of us were aware were available before and we will probably my invest in these in the near future.
