Friendly service without being pushy! Straight forward and it was sorted very quickly

We are very pleased with the service provided by Nesti at Dreams Tottenham Court store. He was honest and very sensible to our needs. He gave us as many explanations as we asked for. His advice was very valuable to us since we were thinking of purchasing an item that wouldn´t fit us so very happy to have spoken to him before purchasing our new mattress.

I visited the TCRd store twice and on both occasions I received very attentive service from Ruby (and her other colleagues joined in as well). I found her to be very pleasant and understood exactly what I was after and why. She helped make the decision and purchasing process as clear as possible and was very patient with me! We also had some laughter and a bit of fun which made the experience enjoyable from an interaction perspective. I feel confident that the products I have purchased will be ideal for my needs and I can rest assured that a big purchase decision has been handled with care. thanks

Once again Rajina in the Tottenham Court Road store proved to be unfailingly helpful, friendly and professional. Because of her original assistance in purchasing a double mattress as a matter or urgency, we have now purchased another king, 2 singles and 1 super king mattress so I guess this shows how pleased we have been with both the products and service.

We had previously visited another Dreams store to look at beds, where the staff were really helpful in advising us - so we came into this store pretty much knowing what bed we were going to purchase. The staff member here was available and helpful, but got the right balance of not feeling to pushy when we were happy just looking. Good value on the bed we picked, with additional winter discounts.
