The salesman was very keen to help. We were given a cup of coffee as we arrived. We needed delivery on specific dates and you have met our needs.

Narvinder greeted us as we entered and was able to answer questions we had. he took the time to show us all our options and was very patient and understanding.

We were approached when we entered the store so we knew a colleague was available if and when we needed them. They left us to it and we went back to them when we needed assistance, we didnt have to wait they were available and extremely friendly we were offered tea or coffee and when we left the store the colleague shook our hands and we were thanked and wished a happy new year by other staff as we left

We were highly satisfied by the time and effort that the sales team gave us and by their knowledge of the products that were in store.

Good range of mattresses on show. Orchard mattress was on sale as very good price. The colleague who supported me provided expectional customer service.
